    This project will support Homelessness Action Week events around Metro Vancouver and that engage those experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, including events led by persons with lived experience.
     
  • Homelessness Services Association of BC - Point in Time Homeless Count in Greater Vancouver
    This project provides a 24-hour point in time snapshot of homelessness in the region, consisting of two parts: a nighttime component calculated to count people in sheltered facilities and a daytime component to count people on the streets and other non-residential locations, with the purpose of understanding the number of people experiencing homelessness, the demographics and service needs of the population, and measure progress to solve homelessness.
     
  • PRC Poverty Reduction Coalition Society - CAN (Community Action Network) Engaging with Lived Experience
