Leon C. Morel Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Leon C. Morel Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to honour the memory of Leon C. Morel. This Fund provides an annual bursary of $1,000 through Douglas College, where Leon studied during his lifetime. This scholarship is awarded through Douglas College.
